You Are Much Too Good

Image
You Are Much Too Good Have you ever felt like you were not good enough? Like the world measured you against a standard you didn't meet? Maybe rejection, setbacks, and closed doors made you question your worth. But here's the truth— you are much too good to be defined by worldly limitations. Every closed door, every "no," and every disappointment was not meant to break you—it was meant to position you. You were never overlooked; you were being prepared for something greater. God never intended for you to settle because His plans are far better than anything you could imagine. 1 Peter 2:9-10 (NKJV) reminds us of our identity: "But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light..." You are chosen . You are set apart . You are God's own . The world may try to diminish your worth, but God has already declared who you a...

Shine Your Light: Reflecting Christ Through Compassion and Grace

Image
Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven. Matthew 5:16 (NKJV).  There’s a deep conviction in my heart, a divine calling to stand for fairness, kindness, and compassion in a world that often forgets these values. I believe God has entrusted me with a mission to shine His light, guiding others toward a life marked by love and integrity. Our actions must embody the spirit of Christ. We cannot serve Him while our behavior contradicts His teachings. Instead of engaging in harshness or cruelty, we are invited to live a life that exalts hope, support, and genuine care for one another. This verse above reminds us that every positive deed contributes to a broader message of redemption and transformation. Characteristics of Christ Christ’s life serves as a blueprint for how we should conduct ourselves. His example is defined by clear virtues, each countering traits that do not belong in a Christ-centered life: Love and Compass...

Cultivating Your Soul: The Power of Spiritual Pruning

Image
Pruned vs Unpruned Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit. – John 15:2 (NKJV) Are You Spiritually Overgrown? An untended garden becomes overgrown—vines suffocate healthy plants, weeds take over, and branches grow wild. What was once thriving becomes tangled and unmanageable. Our spiritual lives can follow a similar pattern when we neglect time with God. Distractions, sin, and busyness creep in, suffocating our joy and creating distance from Him. What may seem like minor changes at first can eventually leave us spiritually drained, wondering why we feel disconnected. The Importance of Pruning A neglected garden doesn't just stop growing—it becomes chaotic and unproductive . Weeds take root, and healthy plants struggle under the weight of overgrowth. In John 15:2, Jesus reminds us that pruning is essential for growth. God, the Master Gardener, lovingly removes what hinders our sp...

Don't You Dare Quit

Image
Don't You Dare Quit Let me just put this out there—when you are strategically walking in the will of the Father, the enemy will be upset.  He doesn’t come after the stagnant; he targets those moving in divine purpose. That’s why we must stay  intentional  in our pursuit of sharing the gospel. Do. Not. Come. Off. The. Wall. Stay in position. Keep praying. Seek  God’s guidance, wisdom, insight, and divine covering.  The enemy is a master manipulator, a trickster who will use every tactic to try and get you to abort your  God-ordained  mission. But hear me:  he is a liar, and the truth is not in him. “For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.”  –  Ephesians 6:12 (NKJV) This battle isn’t just physical—it’s  spiritual. Yes, you may get tired, and yes, the road may feel long....
